As a result, the refund shall only be credited to your account once we receive it from the airline in our company bank account'

Cancellation Charges

Corporate: max 500+airline charges(per person per side) 

Normal/ Full refund : max 150+airline charges(per person per side) 

Special fare: Non refundable Non changeable and if flight get cancelled max 150 rs will deducted(per person per side) 

Series fare/group fares:- NON refundable non changeable, Even if airline provide full refund even if flight is on time and done as an exceptional case, Amount of refund that will be done to agent completely depends on Geturtrip, and we can still charge 100%  penalty for the same.

Special fares tickets are subjected to availability , After issuing a ticket it takes minimum 30 mins if instant PNR not written and there is a 50-50% chance of confirmation as per availability of seats , if it gets rejected refund will come to agency wallet balance only. 

-If booking is rejected and amount is below 20000  Refund back to the original mode of payment is not possible*

-If your booking status shows "acknowledged" OR on progress"   kindly wait for 30 to 40 mins for confirmation or rejection after that only call us. 

-If your booking status shows pending kindly contact us in 10 mins of booking

For special fares 

No updates will be shared from our end in respect to flight cancellation / changes in timings, "BUYER" has to check directly with the respective airlines before departure.
